No. You define the rules for when it should bring in someone from your team — and you can take over any conversation at any moment, even without a rule covering that case.
Can more than one person use the dashboard?
Yes. Invite whoever you need by email — each person gets their own login, and everyone sees the same conversations.
Do I need a Facebook Page to use Instagram?
No. We use Meta's newer Instagram messaging flow, which doesn't require a linked Page.
What's the difference between AuraLink and tools that connect via QR code?
Those tools simulate a regular WhatsApp by scanning a QR code — which violates Meta's terms of service and can get your business number banned at any moment, without warning, taking your support down out of nowhere. AuraLink connects through the official WhatsApp Business Platform API, the same channel large companies use — no workarounds, no risk.
Is my data secure?

Does it integrate with CRMs, Make, n8n or other tools?
Yes, from the Essential plan up. AuraLink sends a webhook (an automatic notice) when a conversation ends, when it is handed to a human or when an appointment is created — and Make, n8n and Zapier carry that to Airtable, Slack, your CRM, email and hundreds of other systems. We also log every closed conversation to a Google Sheet and use Google Calendar to book meetings. AuraLink also has its own mini CRM, the Contacts tab, with one record per customer, stages, tags and notes. A direct integration with third-party CRMs (without going through those tools) does not exist yet.
